Due to a bug the funds of Referenda 514 for the Indy 500 never left the Treasury, the runtime tried looking for a preimage of len 42 but it was actually 43. Jay Chrawnna from the Kusamarian is acting quickly, with the help of the community, to collect from the crowd the 130K DOT to be payed in the next 48 hours.
