Polyope Labs are the team behind Hyperbridge, who recently won a Polkdot auction slot via crowdloan. RegionX addresses secondary coretime markets on Kusama and Polkadot, which allows users to trade regions (i.e.: agile coretime which was bought in bulk, primary markets). The partnership will see RegionX using ISMP, which was developed by Polytope Labs. Using ISMP allows the RegionX parachain to trustlessly read the state of another chain, in this case the state of Coretime chain.
