Starlay finance has put up a proposal to force transfer over 200k DOT from the wallet of the hacker back to Starlay accounts. The proposal is currently failing as the account issuing the proposal doesn't have a verified ID and a decision deposit hasn't be placed. Although Starlay has confirmed they put out the proposal through their Twitter account, the proposal issuing account still lacks a verified ID.
