After the motion passes, CDP (Collateralized Debt Position) holders wishing to reclaim their collateral before conversion can do so by paying their debts within 7 days. After 7 days, unpaid debt collateral will be transferred to the aSEED treasury at the prices determined by previous governance, and remaining collateral will be returned.
