Active since March 17, 2025, the second cohort of the Web3 Foundation's Decentralized Nodes program has now officially been launched. 104 Polkadot nodes and 210 Kusama nodes will secure the network until July 17, 2025. These nodes were selected with a particular focus on geographic diversification to strengthen the resilience and decentralization of the network.
