Astar Council Motion 71, now passed, approved the March 16th deployment of runtime 2101, which will overhaul DApp Staking. Changes include reducing reward-eligible DApps from 72 to 16, and transitioning to annual staking. Ahead of these updates, a separate referendum has removed 47 low-performing or inactive DApps from the program.
