Joe Petrowski has initiated Referendum 1104 Convert Part of DOT Assets to Stablecoins on the OpenGov Root track. If passed 5.25M DOT from the treasury will be converted to USDC and USDT over the course of twelve months using Hydration DCA trades. The parameters for the trades would be 20 DOT each of USDC and USDT every 20 blocks (approx. 4 minutes).
