Zenlink launches Eden, a marketplace that opens up new possibilities for yield-bearing assets such as vDOT and vGLMR. Eden introduces three new tokens: Standardized Yield tokens (SY), Principal Tokens (PT), and Yield Tokens (YT). To be compatible with the Eden platform, yield bearing tokens need to be wrapped into SY tokens, which can then be split into PT and YT tokens. PT tokens offer a fixed yield, guaranteed if held until their maturity date. YT tokens offer greater exposure to yields, continuously paying yields in SY tokens at a fluctuating rate. However, they are worth $0 at their maturity date. Additional rewards can be earned by adding liquidity to pools.
