The XMAQUINA Referendum XMQ-04 is now live, asking the DAO to decide when the DEUS TGE should occur. Option 1 lets the Northstar Council schedule it strategically based on market conditions, with a deadline of August 31, 2026. Options 2 and 3 enforce stricter timelines of 16 weeks and 8 weeks, respectively.
XMAQUINA Referendum XMQ-03 introduces four weighted options for allocating 1M USD to fund the RCM Protocol. XMAQUINA already holds stakes in several robotics companies, and RCM would let the DAO create tradable onchain markets around those holdings, improving access and liquidity while generating recurring fees.
XMAQUINA continues its capital deployment season with two governance proposals now open for consideration. BOT-05 requests $500K for a strategic investment in Skild AI, specializing in robotic cognition, control, and perception. BOT-06 seeks to increase the DAO’s stake in humanoid robotics and AI company Apptronik by an additional $1.2M.
XMAQUINA unveils four strategic contributors: Generative Ventures, Fundamental Labs, Moonrock Capital, and Peaq, which have backed the DAO to date. Their financial contributions have been allocated to technical infrastructure deployment, implementing governance, and establishing a decentralized legal framework.
XMAQUINA becomes the first DAO on the Peaq network. DEUS, the governing token, will be fair-launched through a series of genesis auctions payable in PEAQ, ETH, USDC, and other DePIN or AI-related tokens. This will serve to bootstrap the XMAQUINA DAO with a multi-token treasury.
