ChaosDAO have published the final report for Referendum 821, which provided free beer at Polkadot Decoded 2024.
After a dramatic underspend, they have returned 3,454.61 of the 4,504 DOT requested back to the treasury.
Moonbeam and Moonriver have now been upgraded to runtime 3701, which improves error handling, and will put the chain into maintenance mode if a future migration fails.
