Polkadot Runtime 1.2.4 has been released on the polkadot-fellows repository. This runtime initiates the new Polkadot Ambassador Program as defined in Referendum 487. Other highlights include: -Allowing arbritrary XCM execution on Kusama. -Upgrading the xcm pallet to facilitate moving bridged assets around the ecosystem. -A vesting pallet for Asset Hub.
