Hydration Whitelisted Caller Referendum 62 proposes to raise DOT supply cap from 1.2M to 5M and borrow cap from 0.5M to 1M. This will fast-track the raising of money market caps for DOT, and more quickly accommodate increased demand from the launch of gigaDOT.
